I was entrusted with nuclear reactors, with standing watch as Officer of the Deck in charge of driving and navigating a multi-billion-dollar warship, and with the launch system for the ballistic missiles she carried. I qualified as a Naval Nuclear Engineer Officer on three reactor platforms and served aboard the USS Alabama. It was deeply technical work that carried real trust and responsibility, and I still approach complicated systems the same way.
My partners and I built the acquisition process, the transaction infrastructure, and the team that takes a land deal from first contact to closing across multiple states. I designed the systems it runs on, including the AI and automation behind how we find, evaluate, and close deals. The operation has completed more than 300 transactions.

The operating company. Land Investing Solutions finds, buys, manages, and sells agricultural, rural, and recreational land, and runs on an operations and AI platform we built in-house. It has handled most of our 300-plus transactions alongside national title companies and land brokerages.
